What is a Sliding Scale?

A sliding scale is a pricing structure that allows people with fewer resources to pay a rate that is an equitable ratio their income to access services.

Why am I offering Sliding Scale sessions?

Sliding scales are necessary to provide equitable access to mental health and wellness services. I also recognize the limitations of insurance, in terms of number of sessions allowed as well as types of goals allowed within their limitations, which is why I have decided to be a purely private pay sliding scale practice.

How much should I pay?

Below you can find a detailed tiered structured based of the work of  herbalist Alexis J. Cunningfolk and adapted for my music therapy and life coaching services. Please read through carefully before requesting services. I will never require anyone to prove their need for any tier.
